Instant Indexer is a credit-based service that helps accelerate the discovery of URLs by search engines. Indexing is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the search engine.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Use of the service is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.

3. Credits System

• The service operates on non-transferable, non-refundable credits.
• Credits are consumed when you submit URLs for indexing.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit URLs that contain unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt the service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All InstantIndexer content, branding, and software are protected intellectual property.
• You may not reuse or redistribute our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or indexing outcomes.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify InstantIndexer and its team against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
